Četrtina Evropejcev verjame, da se Sonce vrti okoli Zemlje


MUENCHEN, 9. - Vsak četrti Evropejec še vedno verjame, da se sonce vrti okoli zemlje, je pokazala obsežna javnomnenjske raziskave, ki jo je med 16.000 državljani EU izvedla Evropska komisija.

Vprašani so s pravilno, napačno ali ne vem odgovarjali na 20 znanstvenih ugotovitev. Osmina vprašanih je napačno menila, da radioaktivno mleko s prekuhavanjem postane zdravju nenevarno.

Znanje Evropejcev se je v primerjavi z javnomnenjsko raziskavo iz leta 1992 le za spoznanje izboljšalo, pa še to zgolj na redkih področjih. Boljše je na primer znanje o dinozavrih: 59 odstotkov vprašanih (leta 1992 samo 50 odstotkov) je tako zdaj vedelo, da pračlovek ni živel v enakem časovnem obdobju kot dinozavri, je v zadnji številki zapisal nemški tednik Focus.

Ste si potemtakem se vedno vsi edini, da bi bilo dobro ziveti s "starejsimi brati" v eni skupnosti imenovana zdruzena Evropa?
